The people who join Ben Lomond Gun Club come from all walks of life, and are driven by a wide variety of interests from shooting or collecting firearms, to social and/or political activism. In order to attract new members and retain the present members, Ben Lomond Gun Club provides many SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS with activities to "quench the thirst" and satisfy the needs of members.

High Power

NRA style matches are held on the 4th Sunday April through November. The Club has 2 AR-15 rifles as well as M-1 Garands and M-1 Carbines available for those who do not have a rifle. The Club also has military ball ammo available at very reasonable prices.

New, fully automated 5 stand now open (weather permitting) the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month year around.

Ten Promatic machines throw targets in a variety of directions and angles. Battues, rabbits and midis included in every round.

Cost is $4 per 25 rounds for members and $6 per 25 rounds for non members.

Guns and instruction can be available if needed.

SHORT GRASS MUZZLE LOADERS, meets the 4th Sunday of each month.
Powder the pan, $7.00 a topknot, if ye a member, $8.00 if your not. Side locks only, Range rods required, Short safety meeting before each shoot. Dress period if you would like. Contact Ron Hayes 303-648-9874.

.22 SILHOUETTE SHOOTING, meets 1st Saturday of each month. We hope to see members and their guests enjoy the sport of shooting and get into a caliber that we believe is fun for everyone of all skill levels. We plan to have fun shoots or competitions. Contact Frank Blaha 719-761-8002.
